Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the site to work and cannot be turned off. They are not used for tracking.
- Session cookie — keeps you signed into the admin area and protects forms against cross-site request forgery (CSRF). Expires when you close your browser, or after 2 hours of inactivity.
- XSRF-TOKEN — pairs with the session cookie to verify form submissions.
- Basket — we keep your basket in your browser's localStorage, not in a cookie. It only ever leaves your browser when you submit your order.
Analytics cookies
With your permission we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example which pages are popular) so we can improve it. These cookies collect information in an anonymised form, including your approximate location, the pages you visit and how you arrived at the site.
Analytics cookies are switched off by default. Nothing is set until you choose “Accept all” or turn on Analytics in the cookie banner. If you reject them, no analytics cookies are placed on your device.
Advertising & marketing cookies
With your permission we use:
- Google Ads — measures which adverts led to an order, and allows us to show our furniture to people who have visited the site before.
- YouTube — the short film on our home page is hosted on YouTube, which sets cookies when it plays. We embed it through youtube-nocookie.com and the film does not load at all unless you have accepted marketing cookies.
These are switched off by default. Nothing is set until you choose “Accept all” or turn on Marketing in the cookie banner. If you reject them, the film is replaced by photographs and no advertising cookies are placed on your device.
Managing your choices
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of every page — withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. We will also ask you again around every six months, or sooner if the cookies we use change.
You can additionally clear or block cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will stop the checkout and admin login from working.
