Ordering
Choose your style, pick a size, select your finish and any extras, then add to basket and check out securely online. If you would prefer to order by phone or need help configuring your piece, just get in touch.
Yes — almost everything can be tailored. Beyond our standard sizes and finishes we offer custom dimensions and colour-matching, and we can build entirely bespoke pieces. See our Bespoke page for details.
You are welcome to visit our workshop by appointment. Please contact us to arrange a convenient time.
Products
As a rough guide: a 120cm table seats 4–6, 180cm seats 6–8, and 240cm seats 8–10. Square and round tables seat fewer for the same overall size. Use the size guide on each product page for more detail.
Our pieces are made from sustainably sourced solid timber. Natural variation in grain and colour is part of the character of every piece.
Delivery
As each piece is handmade to order, standard lead time is approximately 6 weeks. Busy periods may extend this slightly; we will confirm a delivery window once your piece enters production.
<p>Delivery is free in England and is carried out by one person, so please have someone on hand to help move your piece into place. Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland carry a delivery surcharge, shown at checkout. If you would prefer a two-person delivery into the room of your choice, you can add it at checkout for an extra charge — see our Delivery Information page.</p>
A fast-track service is available for an additional charge on many pieces. Contact us before ordering to check availability for your chosen table.
Care
Our tops are finished with Osmo Polyx hard-wax oil, which is durable and easy to refresh. Wipe spills promptly, use mats under hot dishes, and avoid harsh cleaners. See our Table Care page for full guidance.
Returns
Because pieces are made to order, you may cancel within 5 days of ordering, before production begins. If an item arrives faulty or damaged we will put it right at no cost to you, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. See our Returns policy for details.
