Delivery Information
Each piece is handcrafted to order in our British workshop. Here is what to expect from order to doorstep.
Lead time
Standard lead time is 6–8 weeks from the date your order is placed. Bespoke specifications or busy periods (autumn, pre-Christmas) may extend this; we will confirm a firm delivery window by email once your piece enters production.
Standard delivery
- Cost: Free to mainland UK addresses.
- Service: Two-person delivery into the room of your choice. We will not leave the item with neighbours or unattended.
- Booking: We contact you to agree a delivery slot once the piece is finished.
- Access: Please measure doorways, stairwells and lifts before ordering. If access is impossible on the day, a redelivery fee may apply.

Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands (HS, IV, KW, PA20+, PH17+, ZE), Northern Ireland (BT), the Isle of Man (IM), the Channel Islands (GY, JE) and the Isles of Scilly (TR21–TR25) is by quotation only. Please contact us for a price before placing your order.
Click & Collect
You are welcome to collect your piece from our workshop free of charge. We will email you when the piece is ready and arrange a collection slot. Bring help to lift the piece, particularly for tables and benches.
Damage in transit
Please inspect your delivery before the driver leaves. If you notice damage to the packaging or the item, sign for it as "damaged" and contact us within 48 hours at hello@therustictable.com. We will arrange repair or replacement at no cost to you.
Delays
Working with solid timber, occasional delays happen (e.g. a board failing inspection). We will keep you informed and, where a delay is significant, you may cancel and receive a full refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
