The Four Plank Dining Table is our Farmhouse, Bakery, and Dairy tables in a narrower width of four planks.
Perfect for a smaller space, or for a more intimate setting.
Our Farmhouse table has classic turned legs, our Bakery table has a gently tapered leg, and our Dairy table has a simple square leg style.
All of these leg styles work well in both traditional and more contemporary settings.
Our tops are made from spruce — reclaimed and repurposed where we can find it, new where we can’t — whilst the legs and bases are made from pine.
The reclaimed boards come from a variety of sources across the UK, and every one of them carries something of its previous life.
The bases are made from new wood that has been harvested from forests that are responsibly managed, environmentally conscious, and economically viable.
You’ll find a variety of features that vary from table to table, these may be from their previous life or simply the natural grain and pattern in the wood. We enhance these features and will never send out a table we wouldn’t want ourselves. Solid timber throughout, and built to be used every day — the character you can see is the wood’s own.

FINISHES
Choose from one of our colour-matched Farrow & Ball tones for your base or opt for an all-over oiled finish in light or dark antique. And if our 20 standard colours aren’t quite right then we can colour match to get your perfect shade! For our colour match service please select the ‘Custom Colour’ option from the list of product options and then enter the name of your chosen colour in the custom colour text field. Examples of all of our finishes are available to view on the Gallery and Finishes pages. You can also purchase paint sample cards within our shop. Our tables are easy to care for – see our ‘Table Care’ page for further details.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
The dining table legs on the three plank table are detachable and will be delivered with the legs removed (flat packed). Our courier will assemble the dining table onsite for you. The farmhouse legs are screwed in on long metal dowels, no tools or instructions are required!
The bakery and dairy table legs are screwed onto the tabletop with a drill. Don’t worry, we leave the drill bit and instructions with you should the legs need to be removed in the future! If you are in the midst of renovations, for example, you can request when ordering for your dining table to be delivered wrapped so you can store the dining table protected until you are ready.
